Chair, Marc Mignogna

Marc Mignogna was born and raised in Mount Airy, MD, and has been a registered republican since he was old enough to vote. Marc's involvement in politics started in 2017 in Mount Airy when he campaigned for the mayor at the time for his reelection. Marc joined the Mount Airy Parks and Rec Commission in 2017 and served on that until 2023. A member of the 4 County Lions Club in Mount Airy since 2019 and Board of Directors with the Mount Airy Main Street Association from 2019-2021. Marc was appointed to serve on the Washington County Republican Central Committee in June of 2025 and is also serving as their Secretary. Marc recently served as Hagerstown City Councilman Sean Flaherty's treasurer during the 2024 election campaign.

Vice Chair, Daniel Gualteros

Daniel Gualteros is a dedicated Republican who has spent his career working to make sure Republicans win their elections. Having worked campaigns in five states, including President Trump’s 2020 campaign and Virginia Governor Glen Youngkin, successful 2021 election, Daniel has shown his commitment to advancing our country through conservative policies. Now a resident of Hagerstown with his wife and son, he continues to be a fighter for the GOP by getting involved in Maryland elections and working for the largest Republican campaign vendors in the country.
